depart Kampala and drive
to the southwest of
Uganda. With some stops
for lunch and at a local
market we will reach the
impenetrable forest of
Bwindi late in the
afternoon. Dinner and
overnight at Engagi

Day 2 Gorilla tracking
The highlight of your
safari: a meeting with
the gentle giants!

love the tracking in the
beautiful ecosystem of

many hours you will hike
but expect to walk a
long distance in steep
and muddy conditions,
sometimes with rain
overhead, before you
encounter any gorillas.

Day 3 Bwindi National
Park - Kampala
After breakfast we
calmly head back towards
the capital city. Look
out for zebras and
impalas along the road
as we pass Lake Mburo
National Park, and take
some photos at the
Ugandan equator. Arrival
in Kampala in the
evening. (B-L)
